About me

I’m currently Head of Content Design and a Principal Consultant at Hippo Digital, where I’m helping to build the content design community and working as a consultant for our public and private sector clients.

I specialise in building and supporting content design communities of practice and have over 15 years of experience as a content professional, including experience with:

• content design principles
• content management systems
• digital development project management
• social media
• email and digital marketing
• digital technology and Agile software development

Previously I was Lead Content Designer for Content Operations at DWP Digital and a Digital Content Editor for Sky at Leeds Dock.

I spent 7 years working for Atos and Highways Agency (now National Highways), leading on redesign and migration of the website, multiple micro sites and a new content management system.
